I echo the wrd on Romney. Nobody in Mass. could stand him, whether liberal or conservative, as he was never here, had no convictions and was basically just another rich businessman.
I think it's cynical of McCain to pick her. Groovy that she's an outdoorswoman, but that's got nothing to do with anything - so are both Biden and Obama. Anyway, the fact that she does good outdoors stuff might make wme wat her for a buddy on the Appalachian trail, but it doesnt make me want to vote for her.
And I think she is OWNED by special interests, like the oil lobbies.
As a Hillary voter, I would not switch my vote just to support a woman because she happens to be a woman, any more than I'd not support a black man cause he's black or an older man cause he's older.
If you're looking for character, for candidates who grew up poor and middle class and made something of themselves, who care about middle class people and hard working values, I say its Obama-Biden, all the way. Despite all my bad puns in that other thread . . .
Sorry, Alaskans. Love you all but she hasn't got my vote.
