I know that people are getting heated up here and it is typical when discussing politics. I don't really like either candidate, but I do vote. I generally vote based on party platforms because they seem to be more reliable than empty promises of the individual politicians.
So maybe you guys can help me. I will give you some info that will let you know how I traditionally vote and maybe you can try to change my mind on the candidate if you have useful information. You will not be changing my mind on the issues, you are just trying to prove to me why I should vote for your candidate.
I am pro-gun, pro-life, and generally anti-environmentalist. These issues are the three biggest for me. There are some others that come into play, but these three are huge for me.
So with this information, why should I vote for any Democratic candidate when they run on a party platform that is contrary to my opinions on what I think are very fundamental and important issues.
