No cause it takes too long to dry completely and will spoil. If you want to keep it and NOT eat it, I’d preserve it in alcohol. Rubbing or isopropyl alcohol or even vodka will work, moonshine (the clear stuff) is good too

You’ll have to jar it in the alcohol and ensure it stays covered, any exposed part will mould and spoil
