Whole flock died !! Giving up chicken raising

Its been 3 days I am still in shock how the happy flock of 14 chickens died within a days
They were free ranging happily like everyday
Next day pullets became lethergic and died at noon
Hens and chicks at night
Their faces are swollen and breathing mouth open and heavily
Rooster was lethergic and not eating
So I put him down
It happened so quickly
Neighbours are saying its disease but none chickens had died
My chicken raising ends here ( 3 yr of chicken raising ) None chicken were 2+ yr old they were all young

I am so devastated and dont wanna raise again

Sorry for your loss. I would try to get a necropsy of you have any bodies left. The state vet can do that and look for the reason why they died. Look for mold in your feed which can occur overnight if there is any water dripped into your feed container. Mold kills fast. Also look for possibility of poisoning. I kept them naturally without any supplement lights
Its some kind of respiratory disease
