Any updates from anyone on your experience so far? We've been going back and forth between Healthy Harvest layer feed and Nutrena All-flock because we have a high number of roosters, but often dole out some of both. They LOVE Healthy Harvest, even the roosters, but we are concerned about calcium overload for them over the long-run so still keep the All-flock around. They are sooo bored of it now. With Healthy Harvest, they do pick out the parts they like as mentioned and tend to leave the pellets. We are also concerned about whether they get the full nutrional value vs. just getting what they need. However, when we run out of Healthy Harvest, we have noticed more shell-less eggs, even though we have plenty of oyster shell on hand. It could be because we had to do a round of antibiotics and another deworming or maybe they forget to eat enough oyster shell. Or could the Healthy Harvest just be much better for them?? Curious whether anyone else has noticed any trends.
