Okay well half done but still. Although I will say I totaly cheated and skined them like I do my grouse and such. Hubby and I did 15 birds in just over an hr. Although I will say I did 8 to his 7

Thanks all. I cant wait till we get to eat them. I know they are going to be great with all the great information that was on here. The hubby even said something about doing more next year. Im guessing once he and the boys at the station taste them I doubt we will be going back. Thanks again

Congratulations on a job well done, and so quickly too!

I know so many folks prefer to skin rather than pluck, but peeling skin turns my stomach. I don't really mind the plucking, but I guess it slows the process down. Eight birds done in one hour is one every 7.5 minutes, I don't think I could match that time.
