Who's excited for Shark Week??

Im a Discovery Channel junkie. If I could only have one channel, it would be it. I always have it on for Dirty Jobs, for Deadliest Catch. Even if Im not watching it, its on so I can hear it.

And next week is SHARK WEEK!!! I can't wait.

I told my boss that Im turning the channel on the TV in the office to Shark Week next week. I got the same look that he gave me when my cell phone rang, and the ring is...." bok bok bok....er er er er EEEEEERRRRRR"

The Discovery Channel is awesome. So is Animal Planet, the Learning Channel, the Science Channel, National Geographic TV, the Food Network, and HGTV...

I love nerdy shows that are interesting and that teach me something.

Whoo Hoo! I haven't been watching T.V. lately (I've been too busy being outside) but Discovery is my family's favorite channel. Something about all of the hype leading up to Shark Week makes it seem like a holiday.

I know! The first ad I saw for it, and I didnt realize what it was until the end...picture a beautiful ocean scene, sun low in the horizon, a fellow sitting on his surfboard, legs dangling in the water, the ocean still as glass...beautiful and peaceful.....bloop....he's gone.

Shark Week, starting August 2....I laughed my a@@ off!!!
