I saw one more pip.

The little fluff but that started it all is still slacking. Peeking in the hole I can still see some veins partially attached to the wall of the egg so I guess it just isn't ready to come out yet.

JJ took his sweet time hatching too.

Nothing new - still rocking a bit, but not pipped the shell - I hope they have enough air in there!!

I've had 5 chicks hatch out since this morning when the duck egg was rocking first - and no new action - duck eggs are nerve wracking!!

If it has a hole big enough to breath it should be fine. Just like chickens, it may need help since that end of the egg is so much smaller. I'm sorry that your other baby died.

Hopefully this egg I have of yours will hatch and be a GIRL!

How are your goose eggs doing?
