I have a bunch of white runners, a few blue/blcak/silver runners, 2 American lavender geese, and 4 American buff geese.

I also have a couple embdens and call eggs in there, but I don't think those guys are fertile yet.

And if I told you how many eggs I have just ordered you'd think I was crazy! (More lavender geese and pilgrim geese on the way! Plus some Welsummers)

Yeah I got it bad this year!

Plus I have a bunch of eggs that are just piling up becasue I'm going to have way too many if I keep hatching them myself!

Probably not! I have ordered so many eggs this winter/spring, it is not even funny!

I just love the buffs and lavenders!

I was supposed to be getting 2 pair of buff goslings from metzer's, but I don't have the cash needed for the babies

Maybe later on this spring, when I get my school money

The runners are pipping!!!!!! DBF said he can hear them sometimes and he's got 4 pips so far!!!!

I have khaki campbells and mallards that run loose around here. I have 3 dozen of their eggs hatching right now, with 5 already hatched. They are so precious, and they are a chocolate brown color.

I have 6 silkie ducks in the incubator, due to hatch 3/31 or 4/1. So far 6 out of 6 are candling well....lots of movement! So excited! so we still stop turning three days before right?

Yes - day 25 for us was Monday so that was the last day we turned them and they are pipping today.

I have 2 buffxkahki and 2 runnerxkhaki eggs in the bator. I think they are due soon but stupid me forgot when I set them

Happy to locate this thread. I have just started my first venture with duck eggs. I do not hatch much. Did my first hatch of chickens last summer. Trying my hand at ducks this time. I have 3 Ancona Ducks (2 female, 1 male) and 2 female buff ducks. Some eggs will be a x between the two. Eggs went in on Sunday. I'm keeping sponges in there and misting to keep humidity up. Humidity has only been about 50% even with doing all that. Eggs are in a still air hova bator. Turning myself 4+ times per day. Fingers crossed all that wont have bad effect on the eggs!
