Here is a better picture of the barred roo. I will have to get the other roo's pic tomorrow, his comb has changed quite a bit recently...It has really ballooned up!

My guess (based only on personal experience with my Cuckoo Marans) is that the chick will turn out barred, but with less barring than thr father. (S)he may have some golden feathers (again, only guessing based on personal experience).
