Who's my daddy? Two choices.

Hello, you all amaze me at your breed knowledge. This is probably an impossible question, but I can't stop wondering who the dad is. The hen is the brown EE you see in the picture. Rooster #1 is a Whiting True Blue. Rooster #2 is a Whiting True Blue X FBCM. Is there a way to tell? Thanks

Thank you! I went with the Jerry Springer theme! This is my very first chick from my birds. Mom is a blue/green egg layer and this chick has either an OE dad or a Blue. If it's a she...she'll lay beautiful eggs either way! I was going to name it Skunk...because of the black n white fluff, but I changed it to Flower from Bambi.

From personal experience, I am guessing that the barred rooster in the front is the dad. Can we get a pic of the mom?

That rooster is for sure a Dominique...barred rocks have the single combs.

Right, wasn't saying he was a barred rock, just didn't take the time to analyze that he was a Dominique. Are Dominiques a barred breed, or cuckoo?

I just read your post a little better. If thr golden EE is the mom, I would say that the barred rooster is almost certainly the father, simply because barring seems to be dominant, and the black chcik is not going to turn out gold/ like rooster #1. Can we have a closer comb pic of the chick?
