We are coming mommy! It's just a very long trip.

We will get there as fast as our little legs can carry us.

Or maybe we will fly.

Can you hear us calling?

I think when I'm bigger I'm gonna really learn to fly.

I ordered 4 more EE pullets from a local feed store that are supposed to come May 21st.

I ordered 2 RIR's and 2 BR pullets from a friend who is ordering 25, but is not keeping them all. They are due in June 2nd.

I may also go to the local feed store to pick up 2 for my daughter for Easter, but I'm trying to resist the urge. I want to brood them together and I think the age difference will be too great if I get some now and then some more in a month...

So not that I am excited and can't wait but I called the store that I am picking up our chicks to find out where they are coming from (OH) and if they were born yet...today and shipping tonight!!!!! Overnight shipping so they will be here in the am and I will pick them up in the afternoon! Plus I asked if I could get some RIRs to go with my BRs, BOs and WRs, and they said YES!!!! Now I think my little flock will be well rounded

I'm expecting my chicks this Monday( I hope- they ship Saturday)from McMurray. And I'm hoping they'll all arrive safe and sound. I ordered LF cochins in black, buff, white, pardridge, and blue. I've been waiting for them since the beginning of February and I think I'm nearly bald. Sending chickie thought your way
