Whose chickens began laying the soonest?

My red sex links that were supposed to be RIRs just started - the first egg came the day after they turned 16 weeks. Today, a week later, I collected 5 eggs! That means I have six hens who haven't started yet. I don't expect my two cockerels to start any time soon, though!!

So, I guess so far sex-links take the prize. Maybe I should have gotten a few of those

All 4 of my Golden Comet sex-link chickens are laying regularly...they started at 18 weeks. They are 22 weeks old now.

I have 2 black sex-links that haven't started yet, I'd heard they were supposed to start laying at 15 weeks. That's about when their combs and wattles started to really get big and redder. I think they were too stressed being in the coop with the older chickens. They are now in their own coop and have started squatting. They are 18 weeks right now.

2 of my EE's started to lay at 20 weeks and are laying regularly and one has only laid one egg (going by the color). They are now 23 weeks old.

1 EE is 18 weeks and isn't showing any signs yet except that her comb is finally getting redder. She will be a while yet.

Edit: Ooops, I forgot my one Buff Orp. She's 22 weeks old and hasn't laid yet. Her comb and wattles are just starting to get red. It's probably going to be a while for her too.
