Solved Why am I still “ in the brooder”

I joined byc about a week or two ago. Why does it say I’m still (in the brooder) how do I update this. And how do I become a “byc friend” or “byc spirit”

Hmm, I believe that it changes based on the amount of messages you have done.

As for the friend, spirit, etc, somewhere there is a thread to nominate people, but I’m not sure if it’s active. Perhaps a new one needs to be created? @sumi ?
