Why are my chickens laying small eggs?

Some of mine have been laying smaller eggs, I mean really tiny, and I can't figure out why. They were hatched October 26th 2015 so not pullets. But then some of their eggs are bigger so I can't make sense of it. Only thing I can figure is the small eggs are coming from the small chickens? I have a couple pretty small girls and some really big oned. Also about the color shape etc, it's supposed to not change, right? Some of mine don't change and they say consistent but others seem to constantly change and the egg box looks different from one day to the next?

Smaller hens do lay smaller eggs. Bantam eggs can be tiny.
Color can fluctuate a bit, but shape is usually pretty consistent. Each individual hen will lay consecutively for about 5 to 8 days, depending on the hen, then take a break for a day or two. Could be that your hens have staggered their cycles so that at least one or two is on their break everyday, giving you a different combination of eggs each day.
