Why are my chickens poop green?

I don't know if this is the right category to post this in but this morning when I walked into my coop their poop was green? What could be causing this?

I have heard it is usually caused by stress. Diet may be a factor, do you know what they are eating?

I give them more than plenty of water and I feed them layer pellets, corn and sometimes kitchen scraps

The "Greens" is usually caused by Fowl Cholera and lacking that Avian Influenza. At least that is the big two. Good luck.

I don't need to I figured out why. It's some kitchen scraps I fed them yesterday that caused this color. Good thing it wasn't some illness or infection. But thanks for trying to help!

Curious, were the poops loosey juicy or just green?
What were the scraps?
There are a lot of 'normal poops'...and 'treats' can make dome funky ones.
Never forget the first time I fed watermelon flesh now they only get the rinds.

Red cabbage. The poop was actually more teal than green.
