Why are my ducks not laying any eggs??

I have 3 girl ducks and they are about 8 mounths old. I can't find out why they are not laying.
Help!!

They are Khaki Campbells. I feed them Organic grain. we live in IN indiana.

Yes we feed them layer feed.

ok, so they were March 2012 hatch Khaki Campbells, fed layer feed. Are they caged/penned or free range?

Could it be that they are hiding their eggs? Are you sure they are girls?

I once found a nest of 20 eggs my duck had hidden! Look around!

I know that chickens slow down or stop laying in the winter due to there being less light, maybe ducks are the same way. What I do is add extra light in the morning hours with a light on a timer.
