Why are my ducks not laying any eggs??

Maybe you can convince your mom that getting 2 more females would actually decrease your current problem. Will increase food bill and poop, but I won't mention that part.

yeah, well, poop isn't a problem. we have a wood bottom to their kennel, so i just spray all the poop off. it just goes under the wood or into the dirt and leaves behind the kennel

Might not be a good idea to be letting the poop accumulate under the wood floor. I also have a wood floor but fork out the poop. When it is warm enough I either pile the dry shavings up or completely strip out the coop so the wood floor has a chance to dry out.
Your profile doesn't say where you are so I don't know what your climate is like.

I have 3 girl ducks and they are about 8 mounths old. I can't find out why they are not laying.
Help!!

my wood duck never has layed an egg, and she is about 2nd year without any eggs. she seems fine and always sits in her nest but never lays anything. so I don't exactly know how to answer, but I wouldn't be too concerned.
