Why are my egg layers not laying?

Hard to tell for sure in that picture, but the combs and wattles seem fairly small and “pink”, which would indicate they probably haven’t reached point of lay yet. If you can read that article and check their pelvic bones that will also give you a lot more information.

If you're in the northern hemisphere then days are shortening and pullets maturing in the shortening days might lay later than they would have in the lengthening days of spring.
