Why are my egg layers not laying?

Hard to tell for sure in that picture, but the combs and wattles seem fairly small and “pink”, which would indicate they probably haven’t reached point of lay yet. If you can read that article and check their pelvic bones that will also give you a lot more information.

To me that pic still says not quite ready to lay, but I am far from an expert. Let’s see if we can get a few more opinions.

If you're in the northern hemisphere then days are shortening and pullets maturing in the shortening days might lay later than they would have in the lengthening days of spring.

So you are getting around 12 hours of daylight, same as me. Still possible they might start laying this year, but not guaranteed.
