Why are my turkeys losing feathers behind their tails?

i have 3 turkeys and all three of them are losing feathers behind their fans. i don’t see any mites or lice eggs but then again im new to this so i could be glancing over something. any advice is appreciated thanks.

Do you also have female turkeys? Have they been plucking his feathers out? My girls do that to my Tom. I’m not an expert on turkeys though, so it may be something else, but it looks like there could be some plucking going on.
