Why are some of my chicks drooping one of their wings?

Some of them are still drooping their wing even once I turned off the heat lamp. They most do their left wing, usually when laying down.

Just wanted to add, I have lowered the temperature under the heat lamp to 80F degrees.
I use a plug-in dimmer to adjust temperature, so I don't have to raise and lower the bulb. . They're available at Wal-Mart and Amazon.

Yeah mine do that too when sleeping.

No, not go on their side. One of their wings, I think only the left one, goes limp while the other wing is fine.
