Why are some of my hens laying speckled eggs?

Our young hens having been laying for the last 2 1/2 months. All of the eggs are brown and were evenly colored until about 3 weeks ago. We are getting several speckled eggs each week. Is this a sign of something health wise or are they just pretty eggs?

It should be fine it just means that there getting more protien this happened with my chickens and its actully good
now if the start to shrink and become smaller and smaller then there may be a problem.
