why are there visible veins after processing

I had several turkey processed by a licensed processor. Several large 20 - 30 lb birds have visible dark veins on the breast. I have not had many turkeys done in the past but we have done many of our own chickens and ducks and I have never run into this before. I had them professionally done to be able to sell them and this is not attractive. Any ideas why this happened or if it is just normal. These were either standard bronze of white hollands.

Kinda sounds like they weren't bled out very well.

I processed 4 of my own BBW and never had that issue.
