Why are these Buff Orps so different in size ?

    These Buff Orpingtons are the same age. They are 7 weeks old. The one already has wattles and comb and is much larger.

    The larger one is the picture that you see above.

    I would guess the one is a roo.

    The one is a male and the other is female. Males tend to be larger than females usually.
