Why are these chickens not recommended?

I'm watching the "Becky's homestead" videos right now and she is talking about 3 chicken breeds she does not like/recommend.
What do you think of these breeds everyone?

1. Barred Rock - she saying she are mean.
2. Leg horn - she says they are to "over reactive" and flighty.
3. Rode island red - she says the roosters super mean, and the hens get egg bound.

What do you think? Agree? Disagree?

ETA: Wait, in a different video she just said she LOVED leg horns. Hu?

I agree on her leghorn statement. Somehow mine always turn out to be jerks and white birds can't seem to stay alive at my house.

My Rhode islands have been super sweet to me, and are always at the top of the pecking order.

The barred rock cochin bantams are fine I do not know about the standards or the other breeds

I have 2 white chickens that are mixed with leghorn, one is very sweet but one is NOT nice at all lol. Also have a RIR and she is the sweetest girl! I really hope she never gets egg bound, haven’t had to deal with it yet but she is only about 7 months.

I completely disagree with the barred rock statement. I've had several and none were mean. Maybe they just don't like her because she doesn't like them

Here's Ophelia she's one of my nicest chickens in my flock. She's also the best layer in my flock.

In the past I've had a pure leghorn as well as two leghorn/easter egger crosses that were some of my sweetest chickens. They were better at flying than a lot of the heavier breeds but I wouldn't call them flighty (easier to catch and handle than a lot of my other chickens due to their friendly nature). They were raised indoors for the first couple months and got to see me a lot day to day so maybe that helped? My pure leghorn was top hen but was really laid back with newcomers and the rest of the flock despite that.

I've also had a couple barred rock hens. Both were nice curious girls. the only thing I didn't like about one of them is when I wore open toed shoes she liked to peck my toes (not in a mean way I imagine they just looked tasty).

My White Leghorn will actually fly up on my shoulder. I will not keep Rhode Island Reds or Sexlinks that are a cross with RIR, they are extremely people friendly and are great in single breed flocks but in mixed flocks, like mine, my experience has been that they will terrorize the other breeds.

So..whoever she is, she is probably basing her statement on one or two specific traits she had in a couple birds she had in her flock.
The Barred rocks i have known are mostly friendy, good layers and terific broody moms.
Leghorns do seem to be more flighty, but fantastic layers, very energetic and better at preditor evading as they are quick and can fly some. Yes and any white bird seems to catch the eye of preditors first.
Rhode Island reds are good layers, hardy and i find its the production reds thay have more eggbound issues.
ANY breed rooster can turn out to be human aggresive.
Grooping an entire breed by the traits of a single bird you experience is highly inacutate.
