Why are turners as much as BAtors?***Rant**

This seems crazy to me every one that i have looked at want the same price for the bator as they do for the turner. That seems insane are the turners that expensive to make?

most of the incubator arent that expensive to make either.... foam and a heater and tstat and thats pretty much it..., BUT will you make your own or rather buy theirs??

Guess because they save you work. Time is money.

I would think it is because the bator is just a box with a heat element and thermostat. The main cost is that heat element and thermostat. The turner is a turning tray and a motor on a timer of some sort to turn at x time. So the majority of the cost is the motor and timer.

So it comes down to the cost of the thermostat/heater and the motor/timer.

Yeah I know... Sorry was ranting.. Would love to just be able to buy one. Me and electricity are sooo not friends.. I jsut copied miss prissy's instructions and seeing as i have no kids tonight will probably get started on it.. The turner is my biggest thing.. I just am not home alot and would be pushing it to keep them babies turned...
