Why are we not able to delete any repeat posts?

I have been wondering for some time why there is not yet a way to delete a post I have created. Many times I have accidentaly posted in the wrong section or have posted a double post by mistake.

Why is there no way to delete posts I have created myself and wish to remove? Or is there a way and I just haven't noticed?

Unfortunately if you need a post deleted you need to click the report button on it. The good news: this is easy for you to do and easy for us to delete.
