I have 10 hens and im lucky to get 5 eggs a day right now im getting on average 4 but i was expecting more i feed the local feed store all stock feed and my uncles chickens he has 4 and they lay every day 4 eggs for him its warming up here in indiana its staying around 50 degrees

What breed are they? Some breeds don't lay every day.
I don't know what "all stock feed" is, but laying hens need a feed that is formulated for laying hens. It needs to have at least 16% protein (more is better) and they need calcium, either in the form of oyster shells or egg shells dried & crumbled.
It also depends on their age, first & second year layers lay the most, while egg production can decline after that.
Do you have them penned or do they free range? They can find a lot of their protein in the form of bugs if they free range. Also they could be hiding eggs if they free range. OR they could be laying more eggs and then eating them.

All Stock Feed as in the Livestock feed with corn, oats and a pellet with tons of molasses on it?
If so that might be the reason. That feed isn't meant for chickens. You need to get them on a good layer feed...
