I'm pretty sure I have 2 females and a male, I thought Buttons started layed a lot sooner?

Sometimes the stress of having an extra hen in the cage can cause a delay in egg laying. Likewise if there are more than a pair in a given territory.

It could be several things...not the right kind of feed, inadequate lighting...it's really hard to say. Mine seem to quit laying when they want their cages cleaned...hopefully that's their current problem cause they aren't laying for nothing!

When I had mine in group pens they never did take longer to lay. Usually it was around 8-10 weeks old. If they are raised together they don't really stress out as much as you think.
