Why aren't my chickens laying??

Hi there

I have some Boschveld chickens and some Black astrolots (excuse the spelling), some Rhoode Island Reds, etc...
They are not laying as frequently as chickens should be!!
Is it the weather orthey are young or what is the matter?

How old are they? Some breeds take long to mature than others! Australorps, dont start laying between 8-9 months i believe.
