Why aren't my hens laying eggs?

OK so I have three hens one of my hens are laying eggs but the other two are not laying what can I do for them to lay eggs.all my chickens are about one year old the weather is 95-105 degrees super hot.today I got two eggs so happy but need the third.plz help.

Not enough information, but the gist of it is that you cannot make hens lay eggs. Here is one thread I started to answer those questions:

You have to take into consideration age, weather, molt, health, etc, etc. There are so many factors. Were they laying and stopped? Have they just not started yet? How old are they? Do they have enough protein? Is it blazing hot there?
