Why aren't my hens laying?

How old are they? I haven't seen an age posted.. some say there chickens didn't start till 7-8 months.. it could be normal.

Thanks, Cindy... yes, I promise that this is a complete layer feed; my friends know what they are doing and conduct a roaring business in both eggs and broilers, so I think I needn't worry there.

Perhaps it is just a maturity issue on the hens' part. Heh.

Gotcha. Heck, we don't have any "Home-made" feed makers around here. Didn't realize it was even possible to get a "complete" homemade feed. "Scratch" yes, feed no, lol.

It could just be that you need to give them more time. Do you supply them with a form of calcium like oyster shells? I would give it another month and then start to worry. If they free range at all, they could just be hiding them from you. I don't light my coop, so I can't say what happens with someone who does, but my egg production drops like crazy at this time of year.
