Why aren't my mobile photos uploading?

I've tried uploading photos from my phone, but it just says " Embedding Image... " and I wait patiently and it stops, then nothing is in the message box. Please help!

When reporting a problem, please make sure you provide each of the following:

• Specific device (iPhone 4G, Drod Razr Maxx, etc.)
• OS version (see Finding your phone's software version)
• Carrier (Sprint, AT&T, etc.)
• What apps are you currently running - if you're using anything that limits ads or scripts, this is especially important.
• A screenshot, if possible. This is pretty simple on iOS, but on Android 2.3 there's no way to do this, unfortunately. android 4 is generally holding power + volume up for 3 seconds, but may vary by device.
• Reproduction Steps for Bug - be as specific as possible!
• Check the quick start guide also.

It's the IPhone 4S
IOS 8.0.2
AT&T
I don't think I was running any apps at the time.
Also I heard it sometimes does not work when it tries to upload a photo. This is the first time it has happened to me.

I posted a few pictures when my chicks hatched, but now it won't go. Says embedding picture, but nothing pops into the reply box like it had before.
Galaxy s4 running android 4.4.2
S4 software L720TVPUBNG5.
Also some nasty naked pictures popped up while I was composing a reply. Never happened before anywhere. I was replying to KV6053 (may not be correct)
