Why aren't they full grown? 24 weeks old and still not very big

thank you, Melabella, should I keep them on grower, or will they grow the rest off layer?

I'm no expert, but I would definitely have them on layer from this point on. All directions on feed bags usually say by 16/18 weeks switch over to layer feeds. You all ready have two laying,, and the others will soon follow!

If there hatchery birds don't be surprised... There birds are almost always smaller then what they say on the website. Hatchery hens are worse they take forever to grow adult size.
