Why aren't they laying?

We had 6 girls. We were getting 5-6 eggs a day from our 6 girls. Pretty good!
Then we brought home 13 girls who were caged girls, not treated very nicely. The new girls are beginning to behave better and are socializing more , they have started to get some of their feathers back too.
Anyway, ever since we brought home the new girls, the original girls have slowed down their laying to about 3 a day. Are they traumatized by introducing new girls? It's been a week.
There hasn't been any fighting between the original girls and the new girls, surprisingly. They've all gotten along very well.

Did you put them in the same pen right away?

Yes. I found out on here afterwards that we should have quarantined them but never gave it a thought before someone mentioned it.

Your girls are probably in shock to having so many new faces in the coop. Give them a couple weeks to get back on track

Great and I've got customers lined up waiting for eggs.
