why aren't they ready

i have 5 new Hampshire hens that's are roughly 20 weeks old and haven't laid an egg yet what should i do feed them more or what

You can't really force a chicken to start to lay.

Believe me, I know the wait can be frustrating. I didn't see an egg for 8 months.
