Why cant my gosling walk yet?

4 day old gosling still cant walk. I hsve never hatched a goose before is this normal???

Ok I taped his legs like stated and he flops on side sticks legs straight behind himself.

At 4 days the legs may be too weak to hold the chick.
This could be a neurological issue. I really don't know what to do at this point. I'm sorry, that I couldn't be of any help.
