Oh it's that lovely time of year -- insurance re-enrollment period!
Dh's work sent home some stuff. They had meetings, but during the day, when 3rd shift was sleeping at home. 3rd shift just gets a copy of the Power Point slides and sent on their happy way.
Well, I've been trying for a week now to get on the sight with no luck, using the username and password he has to use to go online and view his paystubs on the company sight. DH stayed over today until someone from HR showed up and asked if there could maybe be a different Username and Password they forgot to give him???? Gee, sure was. But he brings it home and I STILL can't get it to work!
I'm going there myself tomorrow after lunch and make someone get me on the websight on their computer there in the office. I"m not leaving until I've re-enrolled the whole stinking family.
*sigh* don't mind me, I"ll be back to my cheerful, happy=go=lucky self in a day or so, I promise
The good news is, our vision coverage will be back. This year it only covered exams, not glasses or contacts. I'm pretty sure 3 of us need new glasses due to vision changes, and I've just put off making the appointments because I knew we couldn't afford the glasses. But we'll be making appointments for the first week of January - yippee!
