Update...
I checked on the Roo and found out he is just over two years old. Now I believe I am going to send my cowboy over to check his feathers....and do a "man-scape". BA HAHAHAHA!
So it seems the common opinion is problem with the Roo. I did point out that MY eggs were doing fine, it was met with "well that's a different chicken". Exactly. Different hen different hen.
