Why do hatcheries do this? Seems morally wrong and totally dishonest

Hi, I just wanted to report on my experience with a hatchery. I only recently made my first order from a hatchery and I was very delighted with my order. They sent the exact amount of each kind that I ordered, they got the sexes right and they all look just like their picture. The name of the hatchery I used is Meyer Hatchery out of Ohio. As this was my first time, I asked several questions of the woman who took my phone order and she was very pleasant and patient with me. I'm sorry you had a bad experience
