Why do I have to keep replacing the dirt by the foundation of the house?

Those theives are carrying it off a pound at a time. You need to pick each up as she finishes and shake bird over the whole so the dirt will fall back in.

and mine this spring will be....where did all my flowers i planted go?? they have decided to use MY rock wall where i planted a bunch of nice flowers as their dirt nest spots! UGH!
