Why do I have to stop turning the eggs 3 days before they hatch?

I just messed up and lost all my info on when to stop turning them an I only turn them in the day time but it it really important that I stop because I have no clue when to stop now. What's the purpose for turning and do I really need to?

You should turn them so the babies don't stick to the inside of the shell but stop three days out so they can orient themselves, turn around in the shell and pip the right end where the airsack is. Are you sure you can't remember the day you set them, some sort of corresponding event to help refresh your memory?

Well there all from diffent days I know a couple of the dates incising the next ones and the ones after that and then the last baby is due on the 1st of June but there are all in-between
