Why do my 6 week EEs poop like this?

So my chicks poop kind of strange. It’s almost never solid. Can this mean something?

They’re about 6 weeks, they’re in my basement, and it’s about 65-70 degrees in there. It still have a brooder plate in there set to the highest level.

I give them organic starter crumbles. I used it on my first flock too.

oh yes - I remember this. You had posted previously about them not going under the brooder plate. These are some chicks you got at a bit later stage.

I know it is difficult and worrisome, but the brooder plate could potentially be doing more harm than anything else at this point with their age and ambient temps. Sometimes poop like this can be caused by heat stress.

Id say Take the brooder plate out and see if you see any improvements in their poo.
