Why do my chicks shake their head?

My little one is two weeks and does this . More noticeable when she is relaxing ?

Similarly, I have a 5-day old chick who keeps starting to fall asleep, then shakes her head within a few seconds of her beak hitting the towel, waking herself up. She's been laying down more than the others, and I worry that she's not getting good quality sleep. I just started noticing this today. I'll monitor the situation, but if anyone has a good idea for me, please let me know!

I read a few posts about this head twitching and it always seems to happen at that age . Mine is nearly 4 weeks now and has stopped . Most have said theirs grew out of it too so I wouldn't worry too much x

Chicks will often shake their head to indicate no. If one nods, you know it's meaning yes. ;)
