Nothing short of separating them side by side till Sept. and as for them biting you carry the broom out and keep them away from you. Another way is to flatten them on their bellies one hand behind the neck so they can’t turn an bite the other where tail an body meet. You hold them down till they stop fighting to get up and if the start again you do it all over . You need to teach them you will not tolerate them bitting you.
