Why do my sussex look different from each other?

Hello, these are my first chickens so I am not sure on these.

I bought 6 chicks. 2 speckled sussex, 2 buff orpingtons, 2 silver laced wyandottes. The buffs and the wyandottes look very similar to each other, but the two sussex look really different. Here are the two. I am wondering if there can be this much variance between chickens of the same breed? They are 13 weeks old. This is both of them. The second bird was picked on a bit when she was little and never really grew tail feathers until about 4 weeks ago.

The first one looks like a turkey! Do I have a roo? No one is crowing. No one is laying yet.

Both appear to be pullets SS cockerals develope pretty early...as for their appearance, if they are hatchery it's just genetics this is not uncommon;)
That's what I was hoping. I bought them from My Pet Chicken.com. That makes sense. In the 3 pairs of birds, the individuals look slightly different from each other, body shape, tail shape etc. I didn't think it could vary so much.
Thanks!

Yep I over 25 from a hatchery I got about 2 years ago bought 25 more this spring and they all have the same color differences but they are quite calm birds I love keeping them and so does my 2 year old
