Why do roosters dance (at me too)

    When my roo does the wing dropping circle dance he seems to be telling the girls to get back in the bunch or to behave.

    some roosters dance cause they are smitten with you...

    They dance to impress the hens, if yours is dancing at you, he thinks you are part of his harem.

    Never had a roo dance at me.

    He wants to dominate. Pick him up and walk around with him before he gets to where he attacks you. prevention is always better. You must remain alpha roo to him. It is cute but for a roo it is business. Jean
