I don't think it should be much concern to worry about.

In the past some of the eggs that
my chickens layed, were
not uniform in tone/color from one end to the other. The brown color, your chicken egg gets from pigment the chicken produces inside body. Different chickens lay different colors, like Easter Eggers. (they produce different pigment colors) It can be, that toward the end of shell production, the chickens supply of pigment inside varies,,,,,, to create the two tone effect. This is just my thought.
