uh huh, mine have 2 cement blocks with a thin fence post to roost on, under their yellow umbrella (tattered, but gives them shade and protection from over head) then hang fruits and veggies from string, use onion bags to put lettuce in and make them work it out. I do have a chair also for me. Do you set out with them and talk to everyone?
I do place grass (wheat/oats) seed on the floor when I tuck them in, that way they wake up feeling excited about that time when I don't roll out of bed until 7 am.
We also have old wood that was cut for fire wood and never split, its in the hen yard. They like being higher and entertained.
Good luck!!! Put a pile of oak leaves in this fall, ours scratched a huge (2 yellow wagon loads) pile of leaves into "dirt" to fill in holes, and between the garden rows. Good little workers!
